New York—Direct marketing company ParadyszMatera has named Rob Stagno to the newly created position of president of Paradysz Analytics.

Stagno will lead the company’s data services, MergeScience data processing and the Modelytics suite of modeling applications. He previously managed marketing communications and customer relationship management at Microsoft Corp., and also held executive positions at IBM Corp. and Publishers Clearing House.
